Welcome to the Department of Management Studies (HIET)
Hi-Tech Institute of Engineering & Technology offers BBA programme (3 years) with an annual intake of 180.The department has been able to attract leading firms in large number to take part in the campus recruitment. Today, our alumni serve at the different leadership positions in the various private, public, multinational, government and non-profit organizations. The education and exposure that the students gain during two years of their course renders them confident to join the world of business and face the challenges of the corporate environment. Department of BBA continuously strives to offer the best inputs to its students both academically and in terms of life skills. Corporate Orientation
With this, department of Commerce and Management has recorded consistent improvement in its academic and placement performance. It offers a range of innovatively designed programs whose curricula are constantly updated to meet the changing requirement of the industry and also meet the need of industry. We believe that our students have been accepted in their job profile and have consistently exceeded expectation of the corporate world.The students are encouraged to get hands on experience in the corporate world through internship projects with reputed organization. In their curriculum they are encouraged to take up mini projects to supplement theoretical knowledge with practical experience.
Admission Criteria
Candidates seeking admission for BBA Programme must have passed 10+2 (or its equivalent) examination from a recognized Board/University
Or
Candidates appeared in 10+2 examinations and awaiting their results are also eligible to apply. Their candidature, however shall be considered, subject to their clearing the qualifying examination10+2 in any stream with a minimum of 50% marks for General & OBC candidates and 40% for SC and ST candidates. Interested Candidates can obtain Application forms from Admission Office of HI-TECH INSTITUTE OF ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY, Ghaziabad or Candidates can also fill the Online Inquiry form.Candidates seeking admission in BBA are required to meet the Admission Counsellor in the Institute Premises. Admission is confirmed on the basis of personal interview and merit Candidate having 1- or 2-Years gap after XII is required to submit a Gap Year Certificate

Summer Internship Program
Summer Internship Program is an attempt to bridge the gap between the professional world and academic institutions. At the end of Semester II, students undergo Summer Internship for duration of 2 months.
Winter Internship Program
The institute encourages the learners to horn their skills by applying the college learning’s in the professional world. At the end of Semester III, students are encouraged to undergo a winter internship/research project for duration of one month.

Rules and Regulations
- Every student should follow the rules and regulation of the college and to conduct himself with discipline and decorum in all places and under all circumstances.
- Every student shall attend classes regularly and punctually , 75% attendance is must .
- Student shall be decorous in dress, language and behavior.
- Every student shall handle college property with care.
- Students during class time shall not loiter on Veranda or on the premises of the college.
- Mobile phones , speakers etc.. Should not be used in class rooms.
- Students shall not invite or encourage outsiders to enter the campus.
- Indecent behavior on the basis of gender, caste , religion will not be tolerated
