About Corporate Connect Program

The Corporate Connect Program (CCP) is a unique initiative of Hi-Tech Institute of Management & Technology designed to bridge the gap between academic learning and corporate expectations. The program identifies the development needs of students across different branches and semesters and designs structured training modules to improve their professional and personal skills.

CCP focuses on enhancing employability by developing students' communication, leadership, interpersonal, and decision-making abilities, thereby preparing them for successful corporate careers.

Training Modules Include:
  • Time Management
  • Presentation Skills
  • Group Discussions
  • Debates
  • Mock Interviews
  • Personality Development
  • Communication Skills

Mock Interviews & Group Discussions

During September 2017, the Corporate Connect Program organized a series of Technical and HR Mock Interviews along with Group Discussion sessions for final-year students.

The primary objective of these activities was to prepare students for campus placement drives, improve their interview performance, and enhance the overall placement rate of the institute.
