Eligibility: Candidates must meet the eligibility criteria specified by the college and the affiliated university for the respective program. Candidates currently appearing for Class 12 examinations may be granted provisional admission, subject to submission of the final result and required documents within the timelines specified by the college. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of admission.
College Fee Structure: The college fee refers to the amount payable by the student to the college and may include the following components:
Tuition Fee
Development Fee
PDP (Personality Development Program) Fee
Mediclaim Fee
Industry Visit & Guest Lecture Fee
Other applicable academic or administrative charges
The detailed fee breakup will be communicated in the offer letter or fee schedule.
Seat Booking: A candidate’s seat will be provisionally reserved upon:
Acceptance of the offer letter
Payment of the prescribed seat booking amount within the stipulated timeline.
University Fees: Fees such as Enrollment Fee, University Examination Fee, or other statutory charges may be levied by the affiliated university. These are over and above the college tuition fee and must be paid by the student as per university guidelines.
Scholarships: Scholarships, if offered, will be applicable only as mentioned in the offer letter and may be subject to conditions such as:
Academic performance
Attendance requirements
Adherence to the institution’s code of conduct
In case of any revision or update to the scholarship structure, a revised offer letter may be issued as per the applicable guidelines.
Acceptance of Terms: By accepting the admission offer, the candidate confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms & Conditions mentioned in the admission documents. Failure to complete admission formalities within the specified timelines may result in automatic lapse of the admission offer.
Official Communication: All official communication related to, Commencement of classes, Fee payment schedules, Academic updates, Placements or training programs and so on, will be shared only through the official email ID or official communication channels of the college. Students are responsible for regularly checking their registered email ID for such updates.
Fee Payment Guidelines: All fees must be paid only to the official bank account of the college, as mentioned in the admission documents. Requests for payment to any other account should be treated as fraudulent, and the college will not be responsible for losses arising from such transactions.
Submission of Documents: Candidates must submit all required documents at the time of admission or within the timeline communicated by the college. If a candidate fails to submit the required documents within the prescribed time, the admission may be cancelled, and any refund will be processed strictly as per the applicable refund policy.
First Semester Fee Payment: The first semester fee must be paid as per the fee payment schedule communicated in the offer letter or on the date of reporting to the campus, whichever is earlier. Failure to complete the payment may result in cancellation of the provisional admission.
Refund Policy: Refund requests related to college fees shall be processed in accordance with the guidelines issued by AICTE / UGC or the applicable regulatory authority. If a candidate requests a refund, the following conditions will apply:
Refund requests may be submitted before or after the commencement of classes, subject to regulatory guidelines.
A processing fee of ₹1,000 or 10% of the fees paid (whichever is lower) may be deducted from the refundable amount.
The final refund amount and timelines shall be governed by the applicable regulatory norms and institutional policy.
Commencement of classes refers to the first scheduled academic session, including orientation, induction, or training sessions conducted by the institution.
Additional Fees: Any additional fee, if applicable, will be limited to statutory, university-mandated, or regulatory charges and will be communicated to students in advance.
Financing through NBFC / Government Schemes: Students may finance their education through NBFCs or government-sponsored schemes. Fee payments must still follow the prescribed fee schedule, irrespective of the financing source. In case of refunds, processing will begin only after the college receives funds from the financing partner, and timelines may vary depending on the partner’s disbursement cycle.
