HIET Scholarships
Hi-Tech Institute of Engineering & Technology offers various types of scholarships based on several eligibility criteria. The purpose of these scholarships is to recognize and reward academic excellence by providing financial assistance to deserving students based on their academic performance in competitive examinations and senior secondary education.
The main objective of the scholarship is to make higher education accessible and affordable for every deserving student.
Hi-Tech Institute of Engineering and Technology offers two types of scholarships. These are mentioned below:
- Academic Excellence Scholarship
- Other Scholarships
1. Academic Excellence Scholarship
HiTech Institute of Engineering & Technology offers Academic Excellence Scholarship based on candidates’ performance in the respective qualifying examinations. The college accepts CAT/XAT percentile for admission to MBA program, JEE Main Percentile for admission to B. Tech, and percentage in 12th Class examination for admission to BBA, BCA, and B. Com.

Please Note: A student can choose only one scholarship at the time of admission. The Academic Excellence Scholarship is awarded independently and cannot be combined with any other scholarship.

The amount of the Award/Scholarship is proposed as follows:
- Sibling Award – If 2 students are real brothers or sisters or brother-sister and studying in this campus, in this case, one ward will pay full fee and the other will be given scholarship of INR 5000/- per academic year.
- Wards of Defense Person Scholarship – An amount of INR 5000 will be waived off as scholarship if the student is a ward of serving defense person.
- Wards of Widow Scholarship – An amount of INR 5000 will be waived off as scholarship if the student is a ward of Widow/ Single parents (Mother) per academic year.
- Freedom Fighter Scholarship – An amount of INR 5000 will be waived off as scholarship if the student is a ward of Freedom Fighter.
- Sports Quota – An amount of INR 5000 will be waived off as scholarship if the student has played on National/ International level and holds a ranks at the time of admission.
- Loyalty Award – An amount of INR 5000 will be waived off as scholarship if the student takes admission in PG program after passing UG program from this campus.
Note* In case a candidate is eligible for more than one scholarship, then only one scholarship of his/her choice will be awarded by the institute.
Graduates through distance mode or correspondence or from private universities will not fall under this scholarship scheme.
Eligibility Criteria
In order to apply for any of the above mentioned scholarships, candidates must stand eligible as per the defined eligibility criteria.

- Students must provide valid documentation of their CAT/XAT/ JEE Mains percentile/ 12th Marksheet for verification.
- Post verification the scholarship amount will be determined based on the slabs outlined above.
- The total scholarship amount will be equally divided across the program duration.
- The scholarship will only be calculated on tuition fee.
