Nucleus Software In the present scenario the Indian economy is growing and the importance of practical knowledge among the young engineers has become significant. We therefore planned to let our students be exposed to the factual working environment at IT industry. Hi-Tech arranged in company visit to NUCLEUS SOFTWARE Noida for CS/IT/EC/MCA final years students. The main idea behind this visit was to expose the students to the atmosphere of professional world. Nucleus S/W holds the huge sprawling campus with several buildings and work force of over 1500 employees. There was a interactive session with industry professionals. They focus on • Planning strategies for achieving the goals • Team Work • Corporate culture • Gap between academia and industry • Professional Ethics • Leadership and Success According to them the reason for employability gap is: Lack of practical knowledge /Poor attitude towards work/studies Various activities were arranged for students like HOOPLA with which they focus on planning, goal setting, team work and achieving the goal.
